Punkty Expert Agencje opłat świadczą dwa rodzaje usług. Można w nich dokonywać opłat za rachunki (zarówno gotówką, jak i kartą), ale też zaciągnąć pożyczkę. Obecnie pod należącą do Grupy Finansowej Expert marką działa 265 punktów. W tym roku do sieci przystąpiło 25 franczyzobiorców, a 15 placówek zniknęło z rynku.
– Najczęstszą przyczyną likwidacji placówki są wygasające umowy najmu lokalu – mówi Dawid Kaus, dyrektor ds. marketingu i obsługi prawnej Expert Agencje Opłat.
Trzy ostatnie otwarcia miały miejsce w Poznaniu, Bielawie i Bolesławcu. Franczyzodawca nie podaje minimalnej wielkości miejscowości, w której można otworzyć agencję opłat. Zastrzega jednak, że od liczby mieszkańców zależy potencjalna rentowność biznesu.
– Samodzielna placówka musi obsługiwać około 1 tys. klientów miesięcznie, co oznacza, że w jej okolicy musi mieszkać ponad 10 tys. osób. Choć mamy także placówki, które mają również inne źródła dochodu i nawet obsłużenie 100 klientów miesięcznie jest dla nich opłacalne – mówi Dawid Kaus. – Optymalna lokalizacja to taka, w okolicy której ma miejsce duży ruch pieszy. Placówka powinna się znajdować na parterze i posiadać witrynę lub miejsce na zewnętrzną reklamę.
Franczyzodawca szacuje, że agencja obsługująca około 1 tys. osób, przyjmuje mniej więcej 2 tys. rachunków miesięcznie i udziela około 50 pożyczek. Przychody takiej placówki sięgają średnio 4 tys. zł z tytułu obsługi rachunków i ok. 2,5 tys. zł z tytułu pożyczek.
– Naszym zdaniem samodzielna placówka powinna osiągać miesięczne obroty w wysokości minimum 5 tys. zł. Oczywiście są agencje osiągające dochody nawet czterokrotnie większe – dodaje Dawid Kaus.
Warunkiem koniecznym do podjęcia współpracy z GF Expert jest posiadanie działalności gospodarczej, a wdrażanie nowego franczyzobiorcy do biznesu trwa około dwóch tygodni. W tym czasie franczyzobiorca musi przejść trzydniowe szkolenie. Jeden dzień poświęcony jest na przekazanie wiedzy teoretycznej, kolejne dwa dni to praca w punkcie pod okiem doświadczonego pracownika firmy. Koszt inwestycji to ok. 3,5 tys. zł.
Opłata startowa wynosi 1 tys. zł. W ramach tej kwoty franczyzobiorca otrzymuje materiały do oznakowania punktu, ulotki, stemple kasowe oraz program komputerowy. GF Expert ponosi koszt 400 euro za zgłoszenie partnera do Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego, która sprawuje nadzór nad firmą. W grudniu 2012 roku GF Expert uzyskała status Krajowej Instytucji Płatniczej, co pozwala franczyzobiorcom udzielać małych, krótkoterminowych pożyczek.

Samodzielna placówka Expert Agencje Opłat musi obsługiwać około tysiąca klientów miesięcznie, by wychodzić „na swoje”.

Punkty Expert Agencje opłat świadczą dwa rodzaje usług. Można w nich dokonywać opłat za rachunki (zarówno gotówką, jak i kartą), ale też zaciągnąć pożyczkę. Obecnie pod należącą do Grupy Finansowej Expert marką działa 265 punktów. W tym roku do sieci przystąpiło 25 franczyzobiorców, a 15 placówek zniknęło z rynku.
– Najczęstszą przyczyną likwidacji placówki są wygasające umowy najmu lokalu – mówi Dawid Kaus, dyrektor ds. marketingu i obsługi prawnej Expert Agencje Opłat.
Trzy ostatnie otwarcia miały miejsce w Poznaniu, Bielawie i Bolesławcu. Franczyzodawca nie podaje minimalnej wielkości miejscowości, w której można otworzyć agencję opłat. Zastrzega jednak, że od liczby mieszkańców zależy potencjalna rentowność biznesu.
– Samodzielna placówka musi obsługiwać około 1 tys. klientów miesięcznie, co oznacza, że w jej okolicy musi mieszkać ponad 10 tys. osób. Choć mamy także placówki, które mają również inne źródła dochodu i nawet obsłużenie 100 klientów miesięcznie jest dla nich opłacalne – mówi Dawid Kaus. – Optymalna lokalizacja to taka, w okolicy której ma miejsce duży ruch pieszy. Placówka powinna się znajdować na parterze i posiadać witrynę lub miejsce na zewnętrzną reklamę.
Franczyzodawca szacuje, że agencja obsługująca około 1 tys. osób, przyjmuje mniej więcej 2 tys. rachunków miesięcznie i udziela około 50 pożyczek. Przychody takiej placówki sięgają średnio 4 tys. zł z tytułu obsługi rachunków i ok. 2,5 tys. zł z tytułu pożyczek.
– Naszym zdaniem samodzielna placówka powinna osiągać miesięczne obroty w wysokości minimum 5 tys. zł. Oczywiście są agencje osiągające dochody nawet czterokrotnie większe – dodaje Dawid Kaus.
Warunkiem koniecznym do podjęcia współpracy z GF Expert jest posiadanie działalności gospodarczej, a wdrażanie nowego franczyzobiorcy do biznesu trwa około dwóch tygodni. W tym czasie franczyzobiorca musi przejść trzydniowe szkolenie. Jeden dzień poświęcony jest na przekazanie wiedzy teoretycznej, kolejne dwa dni to praca w punkcie pod okiem doświadczonego pracownika firmy. Koszt inwestycji to ok. 3,5 tys. zł.
Opłata startowa wynosi 1 tys. zł. W ramach tej kwoty franczyzobiorca otrzymuje materiały do oznakowania punktu, ulotki, stemple kasowe oraz program komputerowy. GF Expert ponosi koszt 400 euro za zgłoszenie partnera do Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego, która sprawuje nadzór nad firmą. W grudniu 2012 roku GF Expert uzyskała status Krajowej Instytucji Płatniczej, co pozwala franczyzobiorcom udzielać małych, krótkoterminowych pożyczek.
