We wrześniu 2015 roku marka Fines świętowała otwarcie 100-tnej placówki. Jakie są plany otwarć na 2016?
Poprzedni rok zakończyliśmy z liczbą 130 placówek Fines Operator Bankowy. To oznacza przyrost średnio o pięć biur w miesiącu. Taki wynik nas satysfakcjonuje, ale cały czas przyspieszamy. W styczniu przygotowujemy się na otwarcie 10 kolejnych placówek. Obserwując rosnące zainteresowanie naszą siecią franczyzową oraz biorąc pod uwagę 60 aktualnie trwających procesów otwarć chcielibyśmy, aby na koniec 2016 roku sieć liczyła 220-250 punktów. Cel jest ambitny, ale jak najbardziej wykonalny, tym bardziej że z miesiąca na miesiąc rośnie zainteresowanie naszym konceptem franczyzowym. Banki redukują kolejne swoje oddziały, a w ich miejsce powstają nowe placówki, pod naszym brandem. Szczególnie w mniejszych miejscowościach istnieje zapotrzebowanie na fachowe doradztwo finansowe w tradycyjnej formie, a nasz koncept łączący oferty wielu banków idealnie się w to wpisuje.
Czy w nadchodzących miesiącach należy spodziewać się zmian w prawie, które mogłyby szczególnie poprawić lub utrudnić działalność w branży pośrednictwa finansowego?
Większość nowych regulacji, które będą obowiązywać w tym roku jest już znana, więc jest czas na przygotowanie. Ogólnie są to zmiany korzystne, porządkujące rynek. Oczywiście nie można wykluczyć kolejnych zmian w prawie. Ale to już nie ryzyko biznesowe, tylko niepewność.
Jakie cechy i umiejętności powinna mieć osoba, która pragnie odnieść sukces jako franczyzobiorca w branży pośrednictwa finansowego?
W naszej sieci większość franczyzobiorców posiada doświadczenie w sprzedaży kredytów i takie osoby odnoszą większe sukcesy. Jednak nie jest to warunek konieczny, by poradzić sobie w tym biznesie. Należy wykazać się przedsiębiorczością i zaangażowaniem w prowadzeniu placówki kredytowej, być otwartym i elastycznym, a przede wszystkim mieć kompetencje sprzedażowe i lubić pracę z ludźmi. W placówce Fines obsługą klienta zajmuje się zazwyczaj jeden lub dwóch doradców, ponadto w sprzedaż angażują się sami właściciele. Coraz częściej nasi franczyzobiorcy, usatysfakcjonowani zyskami, otwierają kolejne lokale, mniej czasu poświęcają kontaktom z klientem, a bardziej skupiają się na działaniach marketingowych i strategicznych.

We wrześniu 2015 roku marka Fines świętowała otwarcie 100-tnej placówki. Jakie są plany otwarć na 2016?
Poprzedni rok zakończyliśmy z liczbą 130 placówek Fines Operator Bankowy. To oznacza przyrost średnio o pięć biur w miesiącu. Taki wynik nas satysfakcjonuje, ale cały czas przyspieszamy. W styczniu przygotowujemy się na otwarcie 10 kolejnych placówek. Obserwując rosnące zainteresowanie naszą siecią franczyzową oraz biorąc pod uwagę 60 aktualnie trwających procesów otwarć chcielibyśmy, aby na koniec 2016 roku sieć liczyła 220-250 punktów. Cel jest ambitny, ale jak najbardziej wykonalny, tym bardziej że z miesiąca na miesiąc rośnie zainteresowanie naszym konceptem franczyzowym. Banki redukują kolejne swoje oddziały, a w ich miejsce powstają nowe placówki, pod naszym brandem. Szczególnie w mniejszych miejscowościach istnieje zapotrzebowanie na fachowe doradztwo finansowe w tradycyjnej formie, a nasz koncept łączący oferty wielu banków idealnie się w to wpisuje.
Czy w nadchodzących miesiącach należy spodziewać się zmian w prawie, które mogłyby szczególnie poprawić lub utrudnić działalność w branży pośrednictwa finansowego?
Większość nowych regulacji, które będą obowiązywać w tym roku jest już znana, więc jest czas na przygotowanie. Ogólnie są to zmiany korzystne, porządkujące rynek. Oczywiście nie można wykluczyć kolejnych zmian w prawie. Ale to już nie ryzyko biznesowe, tylko niepewność.
Jakie cechy i umiejętności powinna mieć osoba, która pragnie odnieść sukces jako franczyzobiorca w branży pośrednictwa finansowego?
W naszej sieci większość franczyzobiorców posiada doświadczenie w sprzedaży kredytów i takie osoby odnoszą większe sukcesy. Jednak nie jest to warunek konieczny, by poradzić sobie w tym biznesie. Należy wykazać się przedsiębiorczością i zaangażowaniem w prowadzeniu placówki kredytowej, być otwartym i elastycznym, a przede wszystkim mieć kompetencje sprzedażowe i lubić pracę z ludźmi. W placówce Fines obsługą klienta zajmuje się zazwyczaj jeden lub dwóch doradców, ponadto w sprzedaż angażują się sami właściciele. Coraz częściej nasi franczyzobiorcy, usatysfakcjonowani zyskami, otwierają kolejne lokale, mniej czasu poświęcają kontaktom z klientem, a bardziej skupiają się na działaniach marketingowych i strategicznych.
