Jak wygląda dziś rynek usług finansowych?
Wiele się tu dzieje. Proces zmian rozpoczął się od kryzysu finansowego, który wymógł przemodelowanie biznesu przez wielu graczy. W efekcie tych zmian sektor consumer finance w czystej postaci w zasadzie zniknął z rynku. Tradycyjne biznesy pośrednictwa finansowego od kilku lat są w odwrocie, a multibankowa oferta jest domeną największych firm doradztwa finansowego. Miejsce małych podmiotów z tego sektora zajęły wyspecjalizowane chwilówki.
A co robią banki?
Szukają swojej szansy w ofercie uniwersalnej. W strategiach rozwoju banków dominują trzy kierunki: pozyskiwanie nowych klientów, jakość oraz utrzymanie wysokiej rentowności.
Jak radzą sobie franczyzobiorcy?
