Franczyzodawca Fines obchodzi podwójny okrągły jubileusz. Koncept powstał 10 lat temu, a niedawno na rynku pojawił się setny punkt sieci. Placówka operatora bankowego otwarta została w Grodzisku Mazowieckim. Franczyzobiorcy marki prowadzą punkty pośrednictwa finansowego, których oferta obejmuje zarówno kredyty bankowe, jak i pożyczki pozabankowe.
– Banki konsolidują się i zamykają kolejne swoje oddziały, a to daje nam możliwość rozwoju, szczególnie w średnich i mniejszych miejscowościach, gdzie klient, zachowując dystans do nowoczesnych form  bankowości, nadal potrzebuje fachowego doradztwa z zakresu finansów osobistych i zarządzania portfelem kredytowym – mówi Piotr Przedlacki, prezes zarządu Fines.

Przewidywana suma inwestycji we własną placówkę Fines sięga 10 tys. zł. Opłata przeznaczona jest na oznakowanie zewnętrzne lokalu – zakup tablicy reklamowej, montaż kasetonu świetlnego, oznakowania drzwi i witryn. Obejmuje też zakup mebli i wewnętrznych elementów reklamowych, jak ścienne logo i roll up.  Fines pokrywa koszty projektów aranżacji wnętrza oraz projekt wizualizacji zewnętrznej. Franczyzobiorca zobowiązany jest do kupienia komputerów i urządzeń biurowych oraz we własnym zakresie przeprowadza remont oraz malowanie. Ostateczne koszty uruchomienia placówki zależne sa w dużej części od stanu technicznego lokalu.

Franczyzodawca Fines nie pobiera opłat franczyzowych po uruchomieniu placówki. Zwrot z inwestycji powinien nastąpić w ciągu trzech miesięcy od uruchomienia biznesu, a szacowany średni miesięczny dochód brutto z prowadzenia placówki Fines sięga 10 tys. zł.

Jak podaje Raport o franczyzie w Polsce PROFIT system, na koniec 2014 roku w branży pośrednictwa finansowego działało 29 konceptów franczyzowych, o cztery więcej niż rok wcześniej. W ubiegłym roku liczba zrzeszonych w nich placówek wzrosła z 10 proc. i wyniosła ponad 1,4 tys. Średnia kwota inwestycji dokonywanej przez franczyzobiorców tej branży sięgnęła 32,7 tys. zł.  

Do końca roku sieć Fines planuje otworzyć jeszcze 40 biur.

Franczyzodawca Fines obchodzi podwójny okrągły jubileusz. Koncept powstał 10 lat temu, a niedawno na rynku pojawił się setny punkt sieci. Placówka operatora bankowego otwarta została w Grodzisku Mazowieckim. Franczyzobiorcy marki prowadzą punkty pośrednictwa finansowego, których oferta obejmuje zarówno kredyty bankowe, jak i pożyczki pozabankowe.
– Banki konsolidują się i zamykają kolejne swoje oddziały, a to daje nam możliwość rozwoju, szczególnie w średnich i mniejszych miejscowościach, gdzie klient, zachowując dystans do nowoczesnych form  bankowości, nadal potrzebuje fachowego doradztwa z zakresu finansów osobistych i zarządzania portfelem kredytowym – mówi Piotr Przedlacki, prezes zarządu Fines.

Przewidywana suma inwestycji we własną placówkę Fines sięga 10 tys. zł. Opłata przeznaczona jest na oznakowanie zewnętrzne lokalu – zakup tablicy reklamowej, montaż kasetonu świetlnego, oznakowania drzwi i witryn. Obejmuje też zakup mebli i wewnętrznych elementów reklamowych, jak ścienne logo i roll up.  Fines pokrywa koszty projektów aranżacji wnętrza oraz projekt wizualizacji zewnętrznej. Franczyzobiorca zobowiązany jest do kupienia komputerów i urządzeń biurowych oraz we własnym zakresie przeprowadza remont oraz malowanie. Ostateczne koszty uruchomienia placówki zależne sa w dużej części od stanu technicznego lokalu.

Franczyzodawca Fines nie pobiera opłat franczyzowych po uruchomieniu placówki. Zwrot z inwestycji powinien nastąpić w ciągu trzech miesięcy od uruchomienia biznesu, a szacowany średni miesięczny dochód brutto z prowadzenia placówki Fines sięga 10 tys. zł.

Jak podaje Raport o franczyzie w Polsce PROFIT system, na koniec 2014 roku w branży pośrednictwa finansowego działało 29 konceptów franczyzowych, o cztery więcej niż rok wcześniej. W ubiegłym roku liczba zrzeszonych w nich placówek wzrosła z 10 proc. i wyniosła ponad 1,4 tys. Średnia kwota inwestycji dokonywanej przez franczyzobiorców tej branży sięgnęła 32,7 tys. zł.  

Do końca roku sieć Fines planuje otworzyć jeszcze 40 biur.
