ING Bank Śląski otworzył w Poznaniu nową placówkę. To już siódmy oddział partnerski w mieście działający na zasadach franczyzy.

W sumie sieć ING Banku Śląskiego liczy 426 punktów, w tym 97 oddziałów partnerskich.

- Otwieramy nowe placówki, aby być bliżej klientów. Rozszerzając sieć dystrybucji chcemy również wzmocnić możliwości sprzedażowe banku. Realizujemy te cele otwierając oddziały na zasadzie franczyzy - mówi Krystian Setera, dyrektor departamentu rozwoju sieci sprzedaży.

Placówki partnerskie wyróżnia inny niż dotychczas model organizacji i funkcjonowania. Główną rolą pracowników w oddziale partnerskim jest doradzanie klientom przy wyborze produktów finansowych oraz ich sprzedaż. Natomiast wszelkich transakcji można dokonać samodzielnie za pomocą urządzeń bankowości elektronicznej. Utworzenie samoobsługowej strefy transakcyjnej pozwala wyeliminować obrót gotówkowy między klientami a pracownikami placówki. W jednostce nie ma punktu kasowego. Jego funkcja w całości została przejęta przez bankomat, wpłatomat oraz dostęp do serwisu INGBankOnLine oraz HaloŚląski i Call Center. Dzięki temu klienci o dowolnej porze mogą skorzystać z urządzeń umożliwiających dokonywanie wpłat, wypłat i przelewów.

Dzięki zastosowaniu takich rozwiązań zwiększa się bezpieczeństwo i obniża koszt funkcjonowania placówki, jak przekonują przedstawiciele sieci. Jednocześnie zostaje zachowana pełna funkcjonalność jednostki bankowej, która może obsługiwać zarówno klientów indywidualnych jak i małe firmy.
