– Rynek pośrednictwa finansowego w Polsce i regionie ma przed sobą bardzo dobre perspektywy rozwoju – ocenia Krzysztof Kulig, partner w Innova Capital. – Wartość udzielonych kredytów hipotecznych w Polsce wynosi obecnie ok. 10 proc. PKB wobec średnio 50 proc. dla „starej” UE. Dane te świadczą o ogromnym potencjale rozwoju, nawet w sytuacji spowolnienia dynamiki udzielania kredytów – dodaje. Dodatkowo, w Polsce jedynie 20 proc. kredytów hipotecznych udzielanych jest przez pośredników. Dla porównania w Holandii czy Wielkiej Brytanii jest to ponad 60 proc.
Celem nowego inwestora spółki jest trzykrotne zwiększenie jej wartości w ciągu najbliższych 3-5 lat. – Planujemy wprowadzić Expandera na giełdę – zapowiada Kulig. Prace powinny rozpocząć się w ciągu najbliższych dwóch lat.
Nowe oddziały nie tylko w Polsce
W swoich zagranicznych planach ekspansji Expander bierze pod uwagę przede wszystkim Bułgarię, Rumunię i Ukrainę. W ciągu 12-18 miesięcy mają zapaść pierwsze decyzje.
Firma doradcza planuje także powiększać sieć oddziałów w Polsce. Wg Małgorzaty Zbierady-Tyszkiewicz, prezesa Expandera, najpóźniej w 2010 roku powinien rozpocząć działalność setny oddział. Na koniec roku 2007 firma posiadała 57 placówek, w tym 25 własnych 32 i franczyzowe. W tym roku planuje zwiększyć ich liczbę do 75.
Expander oferuje kredyty 21 banków oraz kilkaset krajowych i zagranicznych funduszy inwestycyjnych. Klientom doradza ok. 300 doradców finansowych w całej Polsce.
